Online orders typically ship out in 3-5 business days during normal circumstances.

For special releases, orders may ship out 5-15 business days after ordering!

Yes, an adult 21+ will need to show the delivery driver ID you are indeed 21 or older.

Order number, so we can set up a replacement order.
Add any images/pictures of the damaged item(s)
List the exact items which were damaged.

We DO NOT offer refunds if your Study Break order is returned to us. We feel that 3 attempted deliveries with email notifications is fair. We are charged an additional $20 for all returned packages that are not delivered after 3 attempts and another $20 if we want to attempt delivery again, so we can not offer refunds unless you are willing to pay the extra $40 worth of charges. We will of course offer refunds or replacements for any products that are damaged.

If your order has not shipped (no tracking number provided), we will cancel and refund your order - no questions asked!
